Research

Overall, my short-term research goals have focused on enhancing understanding about the therapeutic effects associated with cannabis- especially regarding pain. I've tried to do this using meta-analytic (both neuroimaging and non-neuroimaging data), behavioral, psychophysiological, and advanced neuroimaging techniques. In the future, my long-term research goals include securing a tenure-track faculty position at a major research university and developing programmatic research in cognitive, affective, and social neuroscience, with an emphasis on cannabis.
